Two products worth knowing if you don't already. ZIP System is wall and roof sheathing with an integrated weather barrier built into the panel. Tape the seams and you skip the housewrap step entirely. It tightens the building envelope and saves time on the job site. Advantech is subflooring engineered to handle job site moisture exposure without the edge swelling that standard OSB develops after a week of rain. Connecticut framers who switch to Advantech tend to stay with it.
